E-books and tech reports are sent as email attachments and have no shipping charge.

The three standard shipping options for CDs are:

A $15 US shipping charge via postal mail to most places worldwide.
Allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery to North America.

A $25 US shipping charge via international postal express mail. The
post office claims a 3 day delivery. (Recommended.)

A $35 US shipping charge via DHL or Fedex to North America or Europe. Allow 3 days for delivery to North America.
