Email your non-disclosure agreement, then schematic diagrams and board layout (in JPEG or GIF, please), for a one- to two-day circuits and systems review, for a fixed fee of $250 US. More detailed analysis or design changes might also be recommended for complex circuits requiring more time. You will receive a detailed report commenting on possible faults or weaknesses in the design and recommendations on how to improve the design or fix the fault(s). If you have known problems, the review can concentrate on them.

Innovatia: In the USA, they grade A (best), B, C (average), D, and F (failure). From a paper-design review point of view, I would give it a B. It is actually not a bad effort for not having designed a motor-drive before, but it does show some lack of refinement that will come with more experience. I hope my comments will help toward that end.
